Support and extension of MNLA monitoring system
Media Networks Latin America trusted Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales with the project for the updating and extension of the monitoring system of its ITPV platform, as well as its support.
Due to the growth of the IPTV television service nationwide in Peru, both at the level of channels and subscribers, Media Networks Latin America has decided to update and expand its management and control platform, from Ineoquest/Telestream brand, which monitors the different platforms and with which it offers white label services to other service providers. In this way, the system analyses the different compressed and multiplexed contents existing in the platform in order to monitor the quality of the services provided.
The project, which includes the expansion of the RF, QAM and IP monitoring probes and licenses, will be implemented in the cable headends of 5 more provinces: Trujillo, Piura, Chiclayo, Arequipa and Cuzco. Additionally, this project includes the adaptation of the centralised management system located in Lurín in such a way that allows the management of new probes and licenses, as well as the support and maintenance of that platform so that they can have a complete SLA in case of any incidence that may come up with platform equipment.
