TSA awarded at the TM Broadcast Awards 2026 for its project for LaLiga
The project developed by TSA for LaLiga has been honoured at the TM Broadcast Awards 2026 with the award for Best New Audiovisual Production Infrastructure, reinforcing its position within the broadcast ecosystem and positioning the company among the leading names in technological innovation applied to sports production environments.
Held annually, the TM Broadcast Awards have established themselves as a benchmark for Spain’s audiovisual and technology sector, recognising the most outstanding projects for their innovation, technical scope and contribution to the market. The awards are presented in a highly competitive environment featuring numerous companies and advanced solutions. In this context, TSA has once again been recognised, following its success at the 2025 edition, when the company also received an award.
The award-winning project, entitled “Contribution and Distribution of Audiovisual Signals for LaLiga“, is an infrastructure developed by TSA for LaLiga, Spain’s top professional football competition, as part of its ongoing technological transformation process. The solution manages the transport of video, audio and data between stadiums, production centres and national and international broadcasters, supporting production operations for the coming seasons. Through projects such as this, Telefónica reinforces its role as an effective gateway for companies seeking to access and adopt digital technologies.
From a technical standpoint, the infrastructure connects all 42 LaLiga stadiums via a high-capacity fibre optic network capable of carrying more than 200 simultaneous signals in real time. The system integrates low-latency technologies, redundancy and compatibility with advanced IP environments, ensuring service continuity and operational efficiency for large-scale live productions.
The architecture incorporates resilience mechanisms and redundant routes distributed across multiple control centres, as well as the capacity to evolve towards new formats and production models. Operations are monitored from the TSA NOC, located at Telefónica’s CNSO building in Aravaca, ensuring continuous oversight of audiovisual flows and the network.
