TSA bets on artificial intelligence in the Aragón Audiovisual Cluster
On 23rd September, Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales (TSA) had the privilege of participating in the Virtual Hunters 2024 event organised by the Aragón Audiovisual Cluster (CLADA). This event, held in Zaragoza, brought together the main players in the audiovisual industry to discuss the latest innovations transforming content creation.
Asier Anitua, TSA’s Business Development Manager, was one of the key speakers in the “Business Accelerators” round table, where he shared his vision of how artificial intelligence (AI), and in particular generative artificial intelligence, is driving the digital revolution in the audiovisual sector. During his speech, he addressed the key role of AI in providing technological solutions that were previously only accessible to large companies, opening up new opportunities for production companies and television broadcasters of all sizes.
In addition to highlighting advances in artificial intelligence, Anitua spoke about the importance of TSA’s Media Hub, a platform that integrates AI services for the management and enhancement of audiovisual content. This HUB represents a paradigm shift for the industry by enabling the automation of processes such as content transcription, automatic clip and summary creation, and subtitle synchronisation. TSA’s Media Hub offers a comprehensive, self-managed solution that facilitates the exchange and management of content among our clients, ensuring a personalised and efficient user experience.
As Asier Anitua stated, “Artificial intelligence is undoubtedly a driver of innovation in the audiovisual sector. At TSA, we are committed to providing flexible and accessible solutions that allow companies to integrate advanced technologies without the need for large initial investments. Our goal is to democratise access to cutting-edge tools through a flexible, subscription-based model.“
The event also featured the participation of key industry figures such as Antonio León Carpio, CEO of Etiqmedia; Miguel Churruca, CMO of Brainstorm; and Fernando Rivas, CEO and Co-founder of Volinga, along with representatives from companies such as Kraken Empire, Gestmusic (Banijay Iberia), Grupo Mediapro, TECCO, Magic Fennec, Estudios Roma Producción Audiovisual, Universidad de Zaragoza, Zaragoza City Council, XReality Studios, Coco Films, Black Shamrock – A Virtuos Studio, and Striking Distance Studios, among others, who addressed the challenges and opportunities presented by digital transformation in audiovisual content creation.
The day included various round tables focused on topics such as generative artificial intelligence, content moderation, and fake news detection, as well as automation in content generation for various communication channels such as television, digital platforms, and social networks.
TSA‘s participation in this event highlights that the company continues to be a leader in the development and implementation of audiovisual solutions, providing its clients not only with cutting-edge technology but also with new ways of creating and managing content in an increasingly demanding and digitalised environment.
