Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales updates CVMC´s editing and production system
Corporación Valenciana de Medios de Comunicación (CVMC) has decided to update its current Dalet editing and production system to the new Dalet Galaxy Five version. For this, it once again has Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales (TSA) as a technologycal integrator.
The technological renovation project includes updating current audiovisual production software licenses to Dalet Galaxy five and Dalet CubeNG, which entails the incorporation of new workflows, new materials, and tools for its editing and broadcasting.
Dalet Galaxy five, together with CubeNG, is a powerful solution based on a flexible system oriented to television broadcasters, as well as content producers. From a single integrated application, it enables users to manage the entire production cycle of materials: from ingest, version control, editing, and metadata tagging to broadcast, archiving, and distribution of content.
The TSA proposal for this project provides a system that implements the main production and news workflows in addition to adding certain workflows in the MAM (Media Asset Management). In a fully integrated solution, running on a single platform and common database, Dalet provides an architecture with high availability and complete redundancy. It has modules for ingest, monitoring, production, post-production and editing, tools for cataloging and metadata, an integrated news system (NRCS) and complete control of archive system.
El Dalet CubeNG Designer, impulsado por Aston de Brainstorm, es un software de authoring 3D utilizado por diseñadores gráficos y artistas para crear composiciones CG simples y complejas. Tiene una interfaz de usuario amigable y adaptativa, construida alrededor de paneles de propiedades, líneas de tiempo y vista previa, que garantiza una curva de aprendizaje fluida.
Dalet CubeNG Designer, powered by Aston from Brainstorm, is 3D authoring software used by graphic designers and artists to create simple and complex CG compositions. It has a friendly and adaptive user interface, built around property panels, timelines, and previews, ensuring a smooth learning curve.
As an added value to the solution, and considered by TSA an essential part for the success of any implementation, the project includes a training service with the necessary courses for technical administration, exploitation, and use of the new system version, which guarantees full operability and performance after ending of implementation and commissioning phase.
