The audiovisual and media sector is undergoing the fastest structural transformation in its history. The convergence of IP workflows, cloud infrastructures, AI-based automation, and the explosion of content formats is dismantling architectures that have served the industry for decades. 2.3 The Market Recognizes the Problem
Significantly, the leading vendors themselves acknowledge this systemic gap in their own positioning, validating TSAmediaHUB’s architectural direction. Tedial positions Evolution as an environment to prepare, archive, enrich, and deliver content faster, with full traceability and advanced search and metadata-management capabilities. Dalet frames Pyramid as a modular platform for planning, ingest, editing, publishing, and playout, able to orchestrate complex workflows and automate processes over the MAM core. DataMiner defines MediaOps as a data-driven automation and operations layer to plan, monitor, and orchestrate resources, signals, and workflows in complex media environments. 3. Limitations
of Current Architectures
3.1 The Integrator Model
Traditional media technology integrators deliver competent implementations of third- party systems. Their value proposition is bounded: design, deployment, handover. The client inherits the operational burden —staffing, license renewals, version management, incident response— with no systemic intelligence connecting the layers.
Crucially, integrators have no direct stake in the operational game. Their incentive is the next project, not the continued performance of the last one.
3.2 The Vendor Platform Model
The media platforms of the major cloud vendors (AWS Media Services, Microsoft Azure Media, Google Cloud Media) offer elastic infrastructure and AI services. But they are infrastructure providers, not media operators. The client still has to architect, integrate, and operate the media supply chain on top of a generic compute fabric. Audiovisual domain knowledge is not included.
3.3 The Conventional Managed-Service Model
Conventional managed-service providers reduce the operational burden but rarely deliver transformation. They run the client’s existing architecture more efficiently without questioning whether that architecture is the right one. What the AVS is
AVS is TSA’s proprietary intelligence layer that continuously scores each media asset across four dimensions —content value, audience relevance, commercial opportunity, and operational status— and uses that score to drive automated decisions throughout the entire media supply chain. The AVS is currently under active development.
5.1 The Problem the AVS Solves
Media archives are, structurally, graveyards of value. Organizations accumulate enormous quantities of content whose commercial potential is unquantified, whose technical condition is undocumented, and whose rights status is unknown. The result: content that should be generating revenue sits in cold storage while editorial teams rebuild from scratch what they already own.
The AVS reverses this dynamic. It treats each asset as a commercial instrument under continuous evaluation, not as a static file.

6.2 Live AI: Subtitling and Transcription in Production
TSAmediaHUB operates automatic live subtitling in real broadcast environments. It is not a lab capability: it is a production service running on real broadcast signals, with output integrated into the playout chain.
The pipeline is: live ingest → Etiqmedia ASR → subtitle formatting and synchronization → integration with GV AMPP playout → distribution. Latency is managed within broadcast-compliant tolerances. The language models are tuned for news, sports, and corporate-content domains.
6.3 Automatic Dubbing and Transcription
For clients with international distribution requirements —especially in EMEA and LATAM— TSAmediaHUB provides an automated dubbing workflow. The source audio

is transcribed by Etiqmedia, translated using domain-appropriate language models, synthesized into target-language voice tracks, and synchronized with the video timeline.
This workflow reduces localization production time by an order of magnitude compared with traditional dubbing pipelines, enabling same-day or next-day international versioning of news, corporate communications, and programmatic content.
