IRIS Navarra entrusts TSA with the creation of its virtual reality space
Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales, in collaboration with Tangram Solutions, has installed an audiovisual production set with LED virtual technology at the Digital Innovation Hub IRIS Navarra.
The IRIS Navarra Digital Innovation Hub, henceforth the Polo Iris Navarra, is a key initiative to drive innovation and digital transformation within the community. Located in El Sario building at the Public University of Navarra (UPNA), in Pamplona, this new space was successfully inaugurated on March 4th.
Its purpose is to support businesses, with a special focus on SMEs and micro-enterprises, freelancers, technology centres, universities, and public administrations in the adoption of advanced technologies, promoting collaboration between the public and private sectors. To this end, it offers digitalisation, training, and support services as well as coaching during the digital transformation process.
In this context, Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales and Tangram Solutions have joined forces to design and implement a last generation LED virtual production set, which will allow businesses, administrations, and professionals to experiment with cutting-edge technologies before their acquisition.

LED screens: advanced technology for virtual audiovisual production
The set includes a large Alfalite LED screen, whose quality and precision meet the most demanding market standards to create realistic virtual environments. Additionally, its modular design ensures consistent quality over time.
Moreover, the camera management and tracking system, based on Pixotope technology, guarantees perfect integration between real and virtual elements in real-time. The image captured is ensured by a Blackmagic Design URSA 12K camera, equipped with Fujifilm sensorised optics, allowing for cinematic-quality results.
Boosting virtual reality
This space has been designed to adapt to a wide range of audiovisual productions, from virtual sets to augmented and extended reality projects. It also includes an advanced LED lighting system and control software that optimises the management of technological resources.
With this project, the IRIS Navarra Hub strengthens its role as a catalyst for digital transformation in the region, offering a physical and virtual environment where collaboration between the public and private sectors drive technological and economic development. The initiative also highlights Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales and Tangram Solutions‘ commitment to innovation in high-level audiovisual projects.
