Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales provides a studio for IURD with a remote HD production for its headquarters in Porto
Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus (IURD) commissions this project to TSA in which a High Definition studio in Porto is integrated, to offer the possibility of producing both locally and remotely from Lisbon, in addition to a TVU production system that allows the flow of the broadcast signal in both audio and video.
Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales continues to be a reference company for Record Group, which has entrusted numerous projects to TSA at its headquarters and offices in Europe and Africa. On this occasion, TSA carries out this new study in HD with fiber in Porto, with the double possibility of carrying out the production locally or remotely from Lisbon, where IURD has part of its emission and production controls. Thanks to an extended and bidirectional LAN of 100 Mbits, traffic is allowed between both cities, with video, audio, control, remote, tallys and intercom signals. This project will provide IURD a very efficient workflow with an improvement in its production costs.

The built-in equipment includes an image capture system consisting of Sony cameras on Vinten pedestals, maintaining signal processing equipment in the two locations for both remote and local production. It also supplies microphones, video matrix, audio mixer, WFM monitor, prompter, monitoring, intercom and glue for the distribution and routing of video, audio, tallys and reference signals.
The project is complemented by a subproject based on the implementation of a new lighting system for the set, as well as the UPS system and PDU switches that allows the equipment to continue operating in the event of a fall in the electrical network.
Last but not least of the systems supplied in this project is the TVU production system that allows the transmission and reception of high-definition video channels between Porto and the transmission and production controls located in Lisbon. This way, up to 3 cameras plus a matrix signal can be sent from Porto, receiving program return signals and 2 mixer auxiliar lines from the realization of the Portuguese capital city.
Finally, the project includes a 3-year global support and maintenance service, with which to guarantee the continuity of the service in case there are possible incidents.
